Reservation & Cancellation Policy
At Cafe Terry’s Ltd., we aim to provide you with the best dining experience possible. To ensure we can accommodate all our guests and maintain high-quality service, we have established the following reservation and cancellation policy.
1. Making a Reservation

Standard Reservations: We welcome bookings of all sizes. You can make a reservation online or by contacting us directly.

Bookings for 6 or More Guests: Card Information is required for bookings of 6 or more guests. A £10 per person charge is applied for no shows or late cancelations. The fee is charged per person that fails to show to the booking. This ensures that we can hold your table and plan for your group accordingly.
2. Deposits & No Show Fee’s

The £10 per person fee will be charged at the time of booking for groups of 6 or more that fail to show or cancel later than 24 hours before your booking.

For event hire, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your chosen date. The remaining 50% is to be paid no later than 7 days before your event date. For cancellations, the deposit is refundable if cancelled no later than 7 days before your event date.
3. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking time.

No Show Fee: If you cancel or modify your booking before 24 hours of your reservation, no charges will be applied.

Late Cancellations & No Shows: If you cancel or modify less than 24 hours before your reservation or fail to show, a fee of £10 per person.

Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your booking (subject to availability) if you notify us in advance. If you reschedule before 24 hours of your original booking, no fee’s will be charged.
4. No Show Policy
If you fail to show up for your reservation without notifying us, your card will be charged. This helps us manage our bookings and ensure other guests have the opportunity to dine with us.
5. Special Requests

We are happy to accommodate any special requests, dietary restrictions, or needs you may have. Please inform us of these at the time of booking to ensure we can make the necessary arrangements.
